Pink Sneaks

I feel like for the past year or two, athleisure has been all the rage. While I love a good pair of leggings, I'm not really athletic or sporty, so I feel a little odd embracing this trend on the regular. Call me crazy, but I've never really found your standard t-shirt all that comfortable, and I definitely have never been one to wear sneakers any time other than working out. This all changed when I found the perfect pair of pink sneakers.

I. love. these. shoes. I love them for so many reasons. I love that I can wear them with a cute top for a more casual look, and my outfit still looks pulled together. I love that they are comfortable and light, and perfect for date night when I know we will be doing a lot of walking. There's nothing worse than going somewhere fun that requires a lot of walking and not being able to fully enjoy yourself because your feet hurt. Enter pink sneaks... or any sneaker for that matter. Since this trend has been going strong for a while now, there's a large variety of cute sneakers in shoe stores these days.

I love pairing my New Balance FuelCore Coast v3 sneakers with a bell sleeve white top, some dark denim, my go-to green cargo vest, and my most sassy sunnies for a visit downtown. I love that this look isn't too casual, and it isn't too dressy. It's just right.
